The WW1 Airsoft Production MG08/15

Custom built airsoft Mg08/15 LMG. The heaviest light machine gun in the world. This weapon is custom built from solid steel and wood. Some smaller details may be plastic (i.e. the rear sight) but all important structures are steel.

We utilize period accurate treatment for all parts; Steel is treated with period correct rust-bluing method to give the surface a lasting corrosion-resistant, authentic looking finish. Wood parts are treated with boiled linseed oil, just as the Germans did back in world war 1. The wood is additionally weathered to look older and more accurate to a real weapon.

You also have the option to have some parts camouflage painted, such as the barrel, as seen in some original examples from the war.

Building these usually takes 1-2 months and can only be built during warm season (March-November), this is because of climate temperatures affecting welding and other processes.

Great amount of attention to detail is given in this weapon. Intricate details are done with CNC machined special steel parts, this is also why the cost is relatively high compared to standard airsoft weapons. Very strong weapon for all battles from Somme to Verdun and very effective against a mass attack!
